Account Manager – Position Summary

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers and ATC, managing customer relationships, expectations, and satisfaction throughout the sales and production process. This role supports sales growth through strategic account management, accurate forecasting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure quality, delivery, and profitability. Responsibilities include new business development, quote management, sales reporting, and use of ERP tools like Vantage and Galaxy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years in electronic manufacturing

  • Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).

Manufacturing Engineering Technician – 2nd shift – Position Summary

In this key role, you'll create and maintain machine programs, process documentation, and tooling for SMT and electronic assembly equipment. You'll also help train operators, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure smooth operation of production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and maintain SMT, AOI, soldering, and inspection equipment

  • Create setup sheets, work instructions, and process documentation

  • Design and order stencils/tooling; assist with DFM improvements

  • Perform and train others on maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and compliance

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of SMT/electronic assembly experience

  • Familiarity with Mydata or Juki equipment, CAM software, and Gerber/CAD files

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills​

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).​

Process Engineer – Position Summary

The Process Engineer II leads process development and improvement in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives on driving efficiency, ensuring quality, and implementing Lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and optimize production workflows, time standards, and quality metrics

  • Develop manufacturing documentation for PCB and small mechanical assemblies

  • Lead new equipment implementation and validation

  • Solve production issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Production, and Account Management

  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and support Quality Management System (QMS) compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

  • 5–10 years of experience in electronics or manufacturing engineering

  • Proficiency in CAD, Word, Excel; ERP and AEGIS software experience a plus

  • Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process estimation preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).

SMT Line Operator – Position Summary

Responsible for operating and maintaining SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly lines to produce high-quality electronic products. This role requires hands-on equipment operation, adherence to quality standards, and a focus on continuous improvement, productivity, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of SMT experience preferred

  • Ability to obtain IPC-610 certification

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Must meet visual acuity and physical requirements for precision assembly​

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
