PCB Assembly
Full-service printed circuit board assembly for complex electronics built to IPC Class 2 and 3 workmanship standards.
High-Reliability PCBA Builds
Overview
Analog Technologies builds complex, high-reliability printed circuit board assemblies for aerospace, defense, medical and industrial programs. Advanced SMT capability, through-hole assembly, conformal coating and clean room assembly are performed in-house by certified operators with full traceability and serialization on every build.
PCB Assembly Capabilities
Comprehensive PCB assembly services that bring complex electronic designs to life with precision and consistency.
Advanced SMT Capability
Analog’s SMT lines are configured for complex, high-density designs requiring precise placement, advanced component formats and multiple soldering processes.- Four surface mount lines
- Package sizes down to 01005
- Fine-pitch and high-density placement
- Stencil printing and jet printing
- Convection reflow and vapor phase soldering
- Package-on-Package (PoP), BGA, QFN, CSP and other advanced component formats
Through-Hole Assembly
Analog supports full through-hole assembly with selective and manual soldering, accommodating both leaded and lead-free requirements across a range of alloys and component types.- Selective and manual soldering
- Leaded (Sn63/Pb37) and RoHS-compliant lead-free options
- Press-fit components
- Multiple solder alloys and fluxes supported
PCB Coating & Protection
Conformal coating protects assembled PCBs from moisture, dust, chemicals and temperature extremes in harsh operating environments. Analog applies coatings using automated spray and manual dip and spray methods, with precision masking to protect areas requiring electrical contact.- Polyurethane (UR) and acrylic (AR) coatings
- Automated spray and manual dip and spray application
- Precision masking
- Encapsulation
- Underfilling
Clean Room Assembly
Controlled environment assembly for programs with contamination-sensitive components or processes.- Dedicated clean room environment
- ContamiHigh-density placement on four SMT lines supporting fine-pitch components down to 01005, advanced formats, and complex multi-process builds.nation-controlled handling and assembly
- Suitable for sensitive optical, medical and high-reliability applications
Why Analog for PCB Assembly
Engineering Support from Day One
Our process engineers engage at DFM review before a board is built, catching issues early and ensuring a smooth transition from prototype to production.
Production-Aligned Processes
Prototypes follow the same process framework as full production builds. No requalification surprises and no translation step when programs scale.
Dedicated Account Management
A single point of contact coordinates across engineering, manufacturing, test and supply chain, keeping programs on schedule and customers informed at every stage.Certified Quality and Process Controls
AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified, Nadcap accredited, and ITAR registered, with every build executed to IPC Class 2 or Class 3 workmanship standards, full serialization, end-to-end material traceability, and process discipline supported by SPC, FMEA, and lean manufacturing practices.
