About Analog Technologies

Founded in 1993, Analog Technologies built its reputation on the programs that demand the most — complex, low-volume electronic assemblies for aerospace, defense, medical and industrial markets.

That focus drove the development of specialized in-house capabilities including wire bonding, silver sintering, advanced interconnect and full system integration that serve programs where standard contract manufacturing falls short.

Today Analog operates as part of a two-location Midwest EMS platform alongside Pro-Active Engineering in Sun Prairie, WI, offering customers production redundancy and broad capability coverage under a single partnership.

Mission

To deliver engineering-focused electronics manufacturing services backed by deep process engineering, certified quality and reliable program execution, giving customers a competitive advantage.

The Analog Difference

Engineering is at the center of everything Analog does. From DFM review through first article and into full production, engineering support is present at every stage, catching problems early, reducing redesign cycles and keeping complex programs on schedule.

Analog maintains specialized in-house capabilities including wire bonding, silver sintering, flip-chip and COB/COF assembly for programs where standard processes cannot meet the reliability, density or thermal requirements of the application. Combined with a certified quality system, dedicated account management and full lifecycle support, Analog serves as a single accountable partner across the entire program..
