Laser Soldering “Assembling Light with Light”
There are components and materials in lighting that cannot hold up to extreme temperatures. For these applications, we developed our own proprietary laser soldering system. The system allows for direct application of heat producing electromagnetic energy directly to solder joints. Because the LED does not experience elevated reflow temperatures and the substrates do not expand or contract with temperature cycling, the product reliability is also greatly enhanced. more >>
