Lead Free
There are a variety of legislative efforts to reduce or eliminate the use of lead in electronic devices (none currently pending in the USA). Analog Technologies is partnering with our customers and supply chain to satisfy your lead free requirements. Please visit IPC’s Lead Free Website for more information, and contact ATC Sales for more information on how we can assist you.

Agile Manufacturing
Our manufacturing capabilities were developed for build-on-demand production runs. Some manufacturers will require a minimum production lot order which may force you to carry significant finished goods inventory. With our service, you can order just what you need and schedule when you need it.

Fast Turn Around Services
Depending on board size, quantity, component count, condition of supplied materials kit, and assembly documentation, we can turn assemblies in as little as one day. Fast turn assembly requires preparation. We will work with you to prepare for a fast turn project.

Material Management and Procurement
We can use your consigned materials or provide complete turnkey assemblies. Many programs have a combination of consigned and purchased components and materials. Our turnkey services will relieve you of buying, managing, and handling logistics of components and materials. We will tailor a materials program to match your specific needs.

Inspections and Test
We perform comprehensive inspections to assure defect free assembly including visual, automatic vision, X-Ray, and analog signature analysis. To assure "plug and play", our technicians will functionally test your assembly. Our engineering staff can assist with test development, if necessary.

Product Serialization and Traceability
We routinely serialize our assembled pcb's and maintain lot traceability records for a minimum of three years.
Quality Assurance
We are committed to and proud of our quality. Our assemblers and operators are trained to assemble to IPCA- 610C level 3. This is the highest IPC standard. We warrant all of our assemblies to be free from manufacturing defects.
